Terms of Service

These terms apply to shopping at teaguegoodvoice.com, operated by WarPaint LLC. Read them together with our Refund policy, Privacy Policy, and the product and shipping information displayed before checkout.

Products and orders

Review each listing, size guide, selected variant, quantity, and delivery address before ordering. Product images illustrate the design; display colors and production results can vary. Nothing in these terms excuses a defective, misdescribed, or incorrect item. Orders remain subject to availability and payment confirmation.

Pricing and payment

Prices use the currency displayed on the store. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other amounts collected at checkout are shown before you submit an order. If an error affects your order, we will contact you about an appropriate correction or cancellation and any refund due.

Production, delivery, and returns

Some products are made to order. Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Changes, cancellations, and return requests are handled under our published policies and applicable law. Purchases from outside the United States may carry additional rights that these terms do not override.

Artwork and site use

Buying a product does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce the store’s artwork, branding, photography, or other protected material. Use the store lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, misuse another person’s information, or submit fraudulent orders.

Service availability and rights

We may update products, availability, and site content. Changes to terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights associated with an existing order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
